RETURNS

Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused in its original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Perfumes or personal-use items once opened
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Customized or special-order products

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the order type.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items subject to stock availability.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
